Wedding transport that gets every guest there on time
Your guests will remember the vows, the speeches and the dancing, not the car park. A minibus or people mover with a driver brings them from the hotel to the ceremony and home again, and a chauffeured car can carry the two of you.
Think about the guests first
Most wedding transport is really guest transport. A minibus loop from the main hotel to the vows, then the reception, and back again at the end of the night takes the pressure off everyone, especially guests who've travelled from interstate and don't know the roads.
Give us the guest count for each leg. Numbers often differ between the ceremony and the late run home, and two smaller trips can suit better than one big one.

Country, winery and hinterland venues
Hunter Valley and Blue Mountains weddings are popular for good reason, but the drive is part of the day. Pokolbin is about two hours from Sydney, and on concert days at the big Hunter wineries the roads get very busy, so check the calendar before you set times.
Up the Sunshine Coast hinterland, the Blackall Range roads to Maleny and Montville are narrow and winding. A minibus or people mover tends to suit those venues better than a full-size coach, and the operator will confirm the route.
Rules worth knowing
- In NSW, vehicles used for booked services need an annual safety check, even when less than five years old
- In NSW, passengers aged over 16 can be fined for not wearing a seatbelt where one is fitted
A car for the couple
A chauffeur-driven sedan or SUV is the simple choice for the couple or the parents. In NSW, hire cars and limousines seating 12 or fewer, driver included, are regulated as point to point transport, and vehicles used for booked services must pass a safety check every year.
Belts on, even when celebrating
The party mood carries on into the vehicle, and that's fine, but belts still go on where they're fitted. In NSW, anyone over 16 who skips a fitted belt risks a fine. A word from the best man or the driver before the doors close saves any awkwardness.
Your questions
Can the driver wait between the ceremony and the reception?
Often yes, if the venues are close. Share the timings and we will ask operators to plan the wait or a return trip.
Do you arrange transport for hens and bucks parties too?
Yes. A minibus with a driver suits a night out or a winery day before the wedding. Mention the plan and any drinks rules you'd like confirmed.
Can we decorate the vehicle?
Ribbons and small decorations are usually a question for the operator. Ask when you book and we'll pass it on.
