Four big occasions where sorting the transport early pays off: Melbourne's spring racing, the summer tennis, the Formula 1 weekend at Albert Park and Sydney's festival of light. On each page you'll find the venue, the dates and notes on how people got in and out last time.
What's coming up
First up is Flemington, where Cup Day falls on the first Tuesday in November. January 2027 brings the Australian Open to Melbourne Park, April the Grand Prix with Australia's first Formula 1 Sprint, and from late May into June 2027 Vivid Sydney lights up the harbour.
Closures, crowds and set-down
Getting close by road is hard on these days. Albert Park has strictly no public parking over the Grand Prix weekend, and at Vivid Sydney 2026 harbourside roads were shut from 3 pm until 1 am. Your driver sets down where it's allowed, waits away from the crowds and collects you at an agreed time and place.

Do you sell event tickets?
No. Tickets are up to you; we arrange the vehicle and driver.
When should we book?
Weeks or months ahead if you can. These dates are busy for every operator, and the earlier you ask, the wider the choice of vehicles.
Can the driver wait right outside the venue?
Usually not. The vehicle drops you off, waits where local rules allow and picks you up from an agreed spot.
